I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The view from my room on the 5th floor was absolutely stunning, overlooking the coast. The hotel's location just outside of the city provided a peaceful retreat, with shade at noon and a lovely view of the sea. I enjoyed taking a short walk to the beach and there was also a bakery down the road. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities, including the very large swimming pool, were well-maintained. The breakfast offered a great variety of options and the staff were always willing to cook fresh poached eggs and crispy bacon upon request. Speaking of the staff, they were all lovely and very helpful. The hotel also provided free wifi throughout my stay and the rooms were always clean and tidy by mid-afternoon. this hotel provided excellent value for money.

The room was great and the bed was fantastic. The hotel was extremely clean, with fantastic pools. It is set in a nice area away from the busy main strip, surrounded by a forest. The staff were really nice and helpful, despite the language barrier. The hotel provided free wifi throughout my stay and the rooms were always made up and clean by mid-afternoon. The breakfast was nice and the overall look of the hotel was clean and tidy. The hotel also had shaded pool areas, which was great to escape the sun, and offered a view of the sea with shade at noon.

Princess Seaview is a really nice looking hotel, newly furbished and always has a member of staff to assist you at any point of the day. The rooms are immaculate and always has running hot water, a good sized TV, fridge buffet and balcony with a good view of the area. Food is good at the hotel with real competitive prices. Made me wonder why we went out to eat most of the time. The staff was very friendly specifically the security guard and the restaurant manager and they helped where they could with information on the area and kept interest in us as guests. I liked the fact the staff here make you feel really welcome.

On two occasions in the week of stay the rooms was not cleaned to expectations such as the bath or shower cleaned one day the next not. No free WIFI as advertised and the computer room in the lobby was not ready so this kind of messed up my booking plans as we would have to go into the main street to internet cafes for research.

The hotel had a magnificent setting with a unique design and a stunning view of the sea from our comfortable room. The highlight was definitely the gigantic pool with a swim-up bar, perfect for a relaxing swim and enjoying a refreshing drink. The hotel also offered a delicious breakfast with a wide range of options to choose from. It was great being close to the beach, yet slightly secluded for a more peaceful atmosphere.

The check-out process was quite slow, taking over 5 minutes even though there were only a few guests in the hotel. The staff seemed unwelcoming and unhelpful, making it difficult to get information on taxi costs or tours.

The room with acess to the pool is really good for those who loves swimming. Room is clean and spacious.

Too far from the beach, and it's not convenient to get there even if they offer a free shuttle bus from the hotel to the sister hotel opposite to the beach.

Far from beach the safty of driving in - out hotel

During our recent stay at Princess Seaview Resort & Spa, we were impressed by the spacious and clean rooms. The friendly staff made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast menu offered a variety of options, catering to different tastes. The location of the hotel provided easy access to the pool, which was well-maintained and enjoyable.

We loved the clean and comfortable rooms, with fantastic sea views. The hotel facilities were great, including the pools and the free shuttle to the nearby beach. The staff were excellent, friendly, and always helpful. The location of the hotel, away from the busy main strip and surrounded by the forest, provided a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere.

We stayed in a pool access room which was great, just walk down 2 steps from the balcony straight into the pool.

Too far to walk to shops, restaurants and beach, hotel offers a free shuttle bus to karon beach which is great but finishes at 5.00pm so if you go out for dinner you have to get a taxi back to the hotel which costs 400bht (approx $12.00 aud) which adds up to quite a bit if you do this every day. Hotel room has a kettle, only problem is they only give you one satchet of coffee each per day, when we asked for more they said we where only allowed one, so we went to the shop and bought our own. Internet is very expensive ($24.00aud) per day. I would not recommend this hotel if you want to be near shops, restaurants and beach.

The location was perfect as it allowed me to easily explore the beautiful Karon beach and the nearby Kata beach. The night markets were also within walking distance, which was great for trying out local cuisine and shopping for souvenirs. The hotel itself was surrounded by a lush forest, creating a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, despite the language barrier. They provided me with a free shuttle service to the beach, which was very convenient.

In terms of improvements, the bar around the pool wasn't open, which was a bit of a disappointment. Additionally, some of the staff seemed a bit unhappy, but this didn't affect the overall positive experience.

Good position, friendly staff, resort vehicle to beach, inexpensive transportation. positive experience with excellent staff, clean rooms, and convenient amenities.
